Bareksten Botanical Gin is a London Dry Gin crafted in Bergen, Norway by Stig Bareksten, built on a base of neutral potato spirit for a round, full mouthfeel. It's distilled with 26 botanicals, 19 of them foraged locally in Norway, and bottled at 46% ABV (92 proof).
Norwegian herbs, potatoes, and berries fight an intense, slow, and never-ending battle in extreme environments, and only the strongest and most stubborn survive. Bareksten set out to capture that wild, untamed character in a single bottle, foraging local botanicals and trialing distillations for four years before landing on the final recipe. The result is a gin with a clear Norwegian identity: dark, wild, and dramatic.
Alongside classic gin botanicals like juniper and coriander, Bareksten includes wild blueberries, lingonberries, elderberries, elderflower, rhubarb, mint, chamomile, and angelica, among others. The more delicate botanicals, including flowers, citrus, and rhubarb, are suspended in a basket inside the still, while the rest macerate in the spirit for a full 24 hours before distillation.
Its round, full mouthfeel makes it excellent neat or in a martini with an olive, but it also makes a standout Gin & Tonic: serve over ice with premium tonic, two halved cherry tomatoes, and a few coriander leaves.
It is bottled at 46% ABV, which is 92 proof.
It's built on a neutral potato spirit base rather than the grain spirit most gins use, and features 26 botanicals, 19 of them foraged locally in Norway.

C. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Booze City damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Booze City does not take responsibility for minor damage.
G. Booze City is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
