All Tradición sherries are bottled direct from the solera with minimal processing (just paper filtration) and no added sulphites. They are hand numbered. It is an average of 22 years old, with a huge 430g/l residual sugar. Gorgeous intense aroma, treacle, coffee and chocolate; figs, prunes and dates; charred wood. Plenty of acidity on a decadently sweet palate. Like the best PX, age gives it a mystical lightness of touch.
