Nose: Incredibly complex nose for such a young whiskey. Fresh cut grass, minerality, wet rock, fresh red cherries, bananas, white pepper, rose petals.
Palate: Graham cracker, white pepper, and baked apples, vanilla.
Finish: Smooth in finish.
