This unique expression features a distinctive mash bill incorporating mesquite-smoked malt alongside corn and distiller's malt, delivering savory depth while remaining compliant with straight bourbon standards.
According to Bulleit, the mash bill consists of 65% corn, 30% mesquite-smoked malt, and 5% distiller's malt. The mesquite-smoked malt introduces bold, barbecue-style smokiness reminiscent of summer grills, while the high corn content preserves balance and natural sweetness. Bottled at 93 proof, this bourbon is designed to be expressive yet approachable, bridging classic bourbon character with smoked malt influence.
Nose: Mesquite smoke, sweet corn, toasted grain, and light caramel.

A. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
B. All products are sold in California, with Title passing to the buyer in California.
C. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Booze City damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Booze City does not take responsibility for minor damage.
G. Booze City is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
