Ca'Bolani Sauvignon presents vibrant flavors and a refined finish.

It is a Sauvignon Blanc that, on the nose, reveals hints of Mediterranean broom and tropical fruits, made even more elegant by the floral caress of hawthorn. It has the finesse of a Loire wine combined with the warmth of the Mediterranean. Its aromatic style makes it ideal for bringing out the best in fish, seafood and vegetable-based dishes, but it is also an excellent accompaniment for ethnic cuisines. It is a "glocal" wine: one that contains the roots and spirit of Friuli - from which it comes - as well as an international flavour.

Ca'Bolani is located in Friuli at the heart of the Aquileia DOC appellation. The property includes the Molin di Ponte and Ca'Vescovo estates, whose roots date back to the 16th century. The noble Bolani family originally owned the property. Their most influential family member, Domenico Bolani, was the prosecutor for the Venetian Republic in Friuli. In 1970, the Zonin family acquired Ca'Bolani, bringing it to the forefront of winemaking in the region. With 1,500 acres of vineyards, it is the Zonin family's largest property and the largest single vineyard in Friuli.
