A powerful, elegant, agile wine. Intense aromas of blackberry and currant fruit, accompanied by notes of dark chocolate and tobacco, on the nose. At first decisive and silky on the palate, it presents an equally intense mouthfeel with sweet and soft tannins and a persistent finish with hints of dark berries and sweet spices.

Stefano Casadei is the son of art and of the Tuscan countryside. His father, in fact, is an agronomist and Stefano grows up among fields and crops, in the midst of the Tuscan peasant tradition. Always interested, indeed passionate, in wine, he studied agricultural disciplines and specialized by attending courses at the University of Bordeaux, in France. A creative and enthusiastic wine entrepreneur, Stefano is now the owner and technical director of wineries in Chianti and Sardinia, as well as in Maremma. President and founder of Tecnovite, he is the head of the BioIntegrale technical-scientific team, for the protection of Biodiversity and the rebirth of ethical and sustainable agriculture.
