Great whiskey starts with great water. That’s why our award-winning Devils River Whiskeys starts with the exceptionally pure, fresh limestone-filtered water from the Devils River region. Bottled at 117-proof, drinking barrel strength whiskey gives you the full strength of our high-rye bourbon with its flavorful "bite". This bold expression provides a smooth taste amplified with hints of oak, honey, caramel, and spice. We finish our whiskeys with our proprietary chill filtration process. Chill filtration removes impurities and softens the finish without compromising the whiskey’s flavor. The result is a deep amber color and award-winning taste. Devils River Barrel Strength Whiskey has been awarded 12 medals from many prestigious competitions including a Gold medal from the Asian International Beverage Competition and The Best 50 in New York.
A. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
B. All products are sold in California, with Title passing to the buyer in California.
C. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Booze City damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Booze City does not take responsibility for minor damage.
G. Booze City is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
H. Pictures are for illustration only as product labels and bottle shapes can change at anytime without notice from the distillers who like to update their labels and bottles shape. We ship the current version of what the importer and distributor delivers to us.
I. Products cannot be shipped to an APO, FPO, PO Box or international.
