Dixeebe Chuparrosa Mezcal is a small-batch expression produced by maestro mezcalero Valentín Cortés in Santiago Matatlán, Oaxaca. It is crafted from Chuparrosa agave, a naturally occurring hybrid of Agave angustifolia and Agave americana. This uncommon agave variety is native to the Sierra Sur region of Oaxaca. The mature agaves are roasted in a traditional underground pit oven. After cooking, they are crushed using a stone tahona before undergoing natural fermentation. The fermented agave is then double-distilled in copper stills. The resulting mezcal offers citrus, tropical fruit, herbal, sweet spice, cooked agave, and earthy notes. Bottled at 55% ABV, it delivers a bold texture and a long, warming finish. Each limited batch reflects the Cortés family’s generations of traditional mezcal production.
A. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
B. All products are sold in California, with Title passing to the buyer in California.
C. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Booze City damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Booze City does not take responsibility for minor damage.
G. Booze City is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
