Palate/Finish: An underlying sweetness of dark cherry, sweet-aged oak, antique Madagascar vanilla, soft notes of charred violet, fig and rich cinnamon notes are balanced by spice and leather. Brown sugar approaching caramel throughout. Integrated tannins from the extended aging process give this Bourbon a lengthy finish.
