Gran Centenario® Plata is clay-oven cooked and double-distilled in copper pots, then blended in oak to achieve a subtle wood note and an incredibly smooth taste unusual for a white tequila. The 100% agave tequila is balanced and fruit-forward with notes of pear, lime, citrus, plus a hint of black pepper.
