Hard Truth Sweet Mash Rye is a grain-to-glass straight rye whiskey produced in small 30-barrel batches. Its mash bill combines 94% rye with 6% malted barley and uses entirely fresh ingredients for every sweet mash batch. Bold flavors of dark cherry, cracked black pepper, brûléed sugar, and oak complement aromas of maple, stone fruit, rye spice, and honey. Bottled uncut and unfiltered at barrel strength, it finishes with cherry syrup, vanilla, clove, and warming cinnamon.
