Bottled in Bond whiskey is made in accordance with the strict standards laid out by the Bottled in Bond Act of 1897. That means it’s crafted at a single distillery, in a single production year, in a single distilling season. This special designation also requires the whiskey to be a minimum of 4 years oldîbut we typically go longer. It takes a lot of dedication to get it right, but just one sip of this whiskey makes it all worth it. It opens up with notes of toffee and honeysuckle, then broadens into a bold palate of juicy red apples and brown butter. Think of Bottled in Bond as a distiller’s masterwork.
