APPEARANCE A majestic tawny color with hues of golden rich heather. At 44% ABV, this spice rum is light in viscosity, allowing for thin legs which are evenly-expressed around the glass. NOSE Light cola, muted cinnamon and cacao present with the first sniff. Subsequent passes across the nose lead to baked baklava, honey and freshly-chopped walnuts. TASTING NOTES The spice rum is dry and crisp on the palate, with up front spices showing exactly like the nose. Additional flavors include deeply cooked caramel and a light sarsaparilla finish. An adult's version of the overly-sweetened spice rums typically found in the market.
