Donelli Lambrusco

Founded in 1915 in Emilia-Romagna, Donelli is a celebrated producer of Lambrusco, the region's iconic sparkling red wine. Originally established by Adolfo Donelli, the winery has thrived under the Giacobazzi family since the mid-1990s, blending tradition with modern techniques. Spanning over 110 hectares, Donelli’s vineyards focus on native Lambrusco and Malbo Gentile varietals, with all fruit hand-harvested and crafted using the Charmat method to ensure freshness and effervescence.

The Scaglietti line pays homage to Ferrari, featuring bottles designed by Sergio Scaglietti, a famed Ferrari designer. This exclusive design celebrates the partnership between craftsmanship and innovation.

Tasting Notes
This Lambrusco boasts a fine, violet-tinged foam and a rich ruby-red hue with garnet highlights. Fruity red berry aromas blend seamlessly with subtle spice. On the palate, semi-sweet fruit flavors are balanced by light tannins, making it a delightful companion to Emilia-Romagna's traditional dishes.
