Listoke Distillery, now the biggest gin distillery in Ireland, is home to the biggest gin still, an iStill 2000 pro. Listoke 1777 is a multi-award winning gin and has received exceptional reaction globally due to its outstanding flavor and quality. As demand for Listoke 1777 Gin has grown, the distillery has had to expand and has relocated to Listoke Gin House. Listoke gin house was designed for gin production and education, and lies in the sleepy village of Tenure, Monasterboice in the heart of the Boyne Valley in Co Louth. Retaining our craft quality we can now produce a 50 liter, 400 liter or 1600 liter batch, giving us the flexibility to distil the best gins in Ireland.
