- Cider is naturally fermented in well-seasoned tonneaux
- Twice distilled from 100% apples on a copper pot still
- Aged in varying sizes of used French oak casks and reduced twice with well water to reach bottling strength
- Aged 2 years
- A nose of freshly cut green apple, baker’s yeast, and vanilla bean leads to a spicy palate of fresh apple skin and a lingering note of white flowers
- 45% ABV
