This past chamomile in branch is the fruit of patience during the process of biological parenting. Present in the panorama of the Marco de Jerez since 1999, year in which Bodegas Barbadillo bet on the bottling of a wine directly from the boot to the bottle. In this way the best of the traditions of Sanlcar de Barrameda was recovered: long-distance biological aging. The Gaditan winery offers quarterly sacks coinciding with the start of each station. Each of them is unique and inimitable, as they show the incredible evolution of the flower during the year. A last summer with mild temperatures keeps the creaminess and aromas of the aging of chamomile.
