Mart Dorado is made by legendary distiller of custom quality rums, the Alcoholes y Rones de Panam° group. The production process is overseen by Carlos Esquivel, who controls the most important production details of Mart rums including growing the distillery’s own cane, using yeast isolated from the skin of pineapples grown on the estate and using select American oak barrels for aging.

Rich cr®me brule© and molasses up front with dried apricot and pineapple, French vanilla bean reminiscent of toasted marshmallow, balanced by a hint of dry green olive midpalate. Peppery winter spice with a hint of mint on the finish.

The production process is overseen by Carlos Esquivel, who controls the most important production details of Mart rums including growing the distillery’s own cane, using yeast isolated from the skin of pineapples grown on the estate and aging the rum in select American oak barrels previously used to mature bourbon. As relatively dry rums, Mart rums serve as an excellent base for building classic rum cocktails. Mart rums contain less than 5 grams of total sugar per liter.
