Tasting Notes

• Visual
  Intense gold color with silvery reflections and hints of green wormwood.

• Nose
  Dominated by fresh plant notes like verbena, lemongrass, and peppermint, complemented by drier aromas of chamomile, thyme, and oregano.

• Palate
  Ample and harmonious, with flavors of scots pine and citron. Floral notes of elderflower and dried rose emerge. The g©n©pi plant is present but balanced, allowing the full complexity of the distillate to shine through, culminating in a fresh and light finish.
