Born from the spirit of a small town in a remarkable land. The heart of any small town is the character and resilience of its people. Nowhere is this truer than in Minden Nevada, located in the high desert valley and in the shadow of the Sierra Mountains. This is a place of wild horses and soaring hawks, of the gold rushers and ranchers, of dry desert valleys and towering snow-capped peaks. In the 1900's, the center of this desolate frontier town was the flour mill - trusted to turn the rich natural bounty of the land into invaluable sustenance for the growing community. Over 100 years later, the mill still stands: converted into a state-of-the-art distillery, and continuing in the same tradition of craft.
