Born from the spirit of a small town in a remarkable land. The heart of any small town is the character and resilience of its people. Nowhere is this truer than in Minden Nevada, located in the high desert valley and in the shadow of the Sierra Mountains. This is a place of wild horses and soaring hawks, of the gold rushers and ranchers, of dry desert valleys and towering snow-capped peaks. In the 1900's, the center of this desolate frontier town was the flour mill - trusted to turn the rich natural bounty of the land into invaluable sustenance for the growing community. Over 100 years later, the mill still stands: converted into a state-of-the-art distillery, and continuing in the same tradition of craft. Alcohol by Volume: 94%
A. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
B. All products are sold in California, with Title passing to the buyer in California.
C. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Booze City damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Booze City does not take responsibility for minor damage.
G. Booze City is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
H. Pictures are for illustration only as product labels and bottle shapes can change at anytime without notice from the distillers who like to update their labels and bottles shape. We ship the current version of what the importer and distributor delivers to us.
