Naked Malt is a smooth and fruity liquid, with a hint of spice. Much of this flavour is developed from the first-fill sherry casks used when extra-maturing.We use a higher proportion of American oak, developing the sweet, vanilla, buttery, fruit flavours. A smaller proportion of European casks are also used to bring in the dried fruit and spice character.
