Nomine-Renard Blanc de Blancs is a chardonnay made from 65% of wine from 4 years old and 35% of reserve wine blended from the 5 previous vintages. It is comprised of grapes grown in 3 villages in the heart of les coteaux du petit Morin and la c¥te de S©zanne: Etoges, Villevenard, Allemant, from 20 to 45 years old plots. Nomine-Renard Blanc de Blancs features aromas of brioche, honey with notes of fresh wild flowers. The minerality and complexity give to this wine a 10 years cellaring potential. This wine pairs beautifully with scallops carpaccio with citrus sauce, roasted bass with fennel and herbs or simply served with warm pastries during an appetizer.

Finesse and opulence truly characterize this cuvee. The rich aromas of brioche and honey with notes of fresh wildflowers combine very well. Straight and subtle, this wine is ideally served with scallops or fish in a cream sauce.

Champagne Nomin©-Renard is a grower/producer situated in Villevenard, France‚Äî20 km southwest of Epernay. They were founded in 1962 as their own proprietary house, after growing and selling grapes for many years. The name is a combination of their two family names, Nomin© and Renard and was passed down through the matriarch’s side of the family. Nomin©-Renard is a fully sustainable vineyard and winery, bordering the edge of organic. They are one of the founding families of Special Club Tresors-which began out of a desire to preserve the ‚ÄòGrower Champagne’ or ‚ÄòRM’ community and show their commitment to quality and expression of terroir. Simon Nomin©, the fourth generation, is the winemaker and takes incredible care of the vines and all steps of the wine-making process. Each vintage is handcrafted and reflects the house style through their different offerings.
