The history of Orin Swift Cellars dates back to 1995 when on a lark, David Swift Phinney took a friend up on an offer and went to Florence, Italy to spend a semester "studying". During that time, he was introduced to wine, how it was made, and got hooked. A few more years of university led to graduation and eventually a job at Robert Mondavi Winery in 1997 as a temporary harvest worker. Deciding that if he was going to work this hard, it would eventually have to be for himself, he founded Orin Swift Cellars in 1998; Orin is his father’s middle name and Swift is his mother’s maiden name. With two tons of zinfandel and not much else, he spent the next decade making wine for others as well as himself and grew the brand to what it is today.

Proof/ABV: 15.2
A. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
B. All products are sold in California, with Title passing to the buyer in California.
C. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Booze City damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Booze City does not take responsibility for minor damage.
G. Booze City is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
H. Pictures are for illustration only as product labels and bottle shapes can change at anytime without notice from the distillers who like to update their labels and bottles shape. We ship the current version of what the importer and distributor delivers to us.
I. Products cannot be shipped to an APO, FPO, PO Box or international.
