Pasquet’s L’Organic 04 Cognac is an alternative to traditional VSOP Cognac, crafted to showcase the beauty of bright, younger Cognac. A blend of 4-year-old and 5-year-old 100% Ugni Blanc eaux-de-vie are aged in Limousin oak barrels, 20% of which are new. It is distilled twice sur lies in a Charentais pot still in accordance with traditional Cognac methods. As with all Pasquet Cognac, L’Oragnic 04 is certified organic with no added caramel or sugar, resulting in an unadulterated expression of terroir. Vibrant, floral aromas of pear, apricot, and orange zest prime the palate for a soft, yet rich expression which delivers ripe stone fruit, dried fig, honey, and clove, with a long, drying aftertaste of cedar wood and cinnamon. Non-chill filtered; 40% ABV.
