- Approximately 75% freshly pressed juice from Merlot (90%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (10%) is blended with 25% eau-de-vie de Cognac distilled from Ugni Blanc and aged a minimum of one year
- The blend is matured in oak for 8–10 months
- Aromas of musk and cherry skin with hints of rancio give way to a delightfully bright palate with notes of pomegranate, green stems, black currant, and ripe strawberry
- Certified organic farming by Bureau Veritas (FR-BIO-10) and certified USDA organic
- Suggested shelf life of 6 months after opening with refrigeration
