Pike Creek is a whisky crafted by the elements. Pike Creek is double distilled in column still and aged in a non-climate controlled warehouse with no electricity. Once in the barrel, Pike Creek whisky is subject to the dramatic northern climate and extreme seasonal swings in temperature. Exposed to the sub-zero winters and hot summers of Ontario, the barrels contract and expand releasing the rich tannins and vanilla notes hidden deep inside the oak staves. Understanding that the maturation of whisky is an art, as much as a science, wood is the most essential element in the production of Pike Creek. Pike Creek is aged 10 years, then finished in rum casks. With the surrounding environment playing such a pivotal role in its production, Pike Creek is redefining the category of Canadian whisky as we know it. Master Blender Dr. Don Livermore ensures that the high-quality standards of Pike Creek are achieved from grain to glass. An extraordinarily full and robust whisky with fragrant nose of dried fruits and underlying notes of spice and toffee. 42% ABV
A. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
B. All products are sold in California, with Title passing to the buyer in California.
C. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Booze City damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Booze City does not take responsibility for minor damage.
G. Booze City is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
H. Pictures are for illustration only as product labels and bottle shapes can change at anytime without notice from the distillers who like to update their labels and bottles shape. We ship the current version of what the importer and distributor delivers to us.
