Founded in 1836 by Alexandre-Louis Pommery, Madame Pommery took over as head of Pommery after the death of her husband in 1858. She based the expansion of the House on the creation of wines unlike any others, with one constant demand: quality pushed to the extreme. Well aware of how important the origin of grapes was to the quality of the Pommery wines, over the years she built a collection of the finest vineyards in all of Champagne. Champagne Pommery produces cuv es from meticulous vineyard selection with a unique history of balancing tradition and modernity. Led by Madame Pommery, a talented and visionary woman, Champagne Pommery is known as the Maison that created the first dry Champagne in 1874 (known today as the Brut style). C. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Booze City damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Booze City does not take responsibility for minor damage.
G. Booze City is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
