Pursuit United Double Oaked Rye is a blend of three straight rye whiskeys sourced from two different states. It undergoes secondary maturation with lightly toasted and heavily charred French oak for additional depth and complexity. Sweet oak, summer fruit, cherry cobbler, and maple candy aromas lead to orange peel, mixed berry jam, cola syrup, and oak flavors. Bottled at 108 proof, it finishes with rye spice, cinnamon stick, and lingering charred oak.
