The bondamanjak chili is a specialty of Martinique and a spicy one at that, helming from the same family as the habanero. Rhum J.M’s piment, or pepper, bitters highlight the sweet and fiery nature of the fruit but temper chili heat in favor of vegetal complexity. Expect these bitters to lend a flash of spice, but also savory dimension, to a cocktail’s finish.
