• J.M’s characteristic grassy notes demure, allowing brioche, clove, and dehydrated lemon to inhabit the nose. A palate of cr®me caramel, chestnuts, and bananas saut©ed in browned butter leads to a dry finish of hay and Lady Grey tea.
