This special single malt is crafted from four cask types hand-selected by our Master BlenderFrench Sauternes, Sherry, ex-Bourbon, and ex-Cognac. The result is a luscious, complex whisky with notes of tropical fruit, toasted spice, vanilla, rancio, and a subtle touch of peat that lingers on the palate.



CASK: Sherry, Cognac, Bourbon, Sauternes



NOSE: Very flattering on the fruits of the orchard and the honey. In a second time, it is the candied orange and the walnut which distinguish themselves.

PALATE: Still a generous note of candied fruits, with a licorice touch. The malted and toasted notes provide a great richness.

FINAL: Long on red fruits(blackberry, blackcurrant) with a touch of smoke and toasted notes.
