She's been making tequila in Jalisco for over three decades, and believes strongly in bringing more women into the male-dominated industry. S U S T A I N A B I L I T Y Paying tribute to its heritage and the land that provides the agave, Casa Don Roberto has prioritized putting sustainability at the front and center of its everyday operations. The distillers translate their pride and deep roots of their heritage into taking care of the land that provides the blue agave vital for Severo's premium tequila. As a result, no portion of the agave goes to waste. During the distilling and aging process of the tequila, the remaining agave fiber is used to feed the cows that roam the estate, make compost that enriches the soil where the agaves grow, and even create the bricks used to build the distillery itself.
Alcohol by Volume: 80%
A. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
B. All products are sold in California, with Title passing to the buyer in California.
C. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Booze City damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Booze City does not take responsibility for minor damage.
G. Booze City is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
H. Pictures are for illustration only as product labels and bottle shapes can change at anytime without notice from the distillers who like to update their labels and bottles shape. We ship the current version of what the importer and distributor delivers to us.
I. Products cannot be shipped to an APO, FPO, PO Box or international.
