Sipsmith Sloe Gin - A truly handmade sloe gin. Each Fall our sloe berries are hand-picked and left to rest on our London Dry Gin for 3-4 months. Year on year the harvests vary due to the ever-changing, unpredictable weather. Much like a good wine, every vintage that we produce has its own wonderfully unique character. Hence why each has an age statement.
