Zesty spice, with hints of caramel, black pepper, cinnamon and peaches with a slight hint of vanilla and green apple on the nose. Pot Still spice, malt, dark chocolate, bourbon oak, and creme caramel on the pallet. A long and lingering finish with oak and butterscotch.

A marriage of heavenly proportions - 70% Single Malt and 30% Single Pot Still. Triple distilled, matured in American Oak Bourbon barrels, and crafted from a mash bill made entirely of Irish barley.
