The Real McCoy Single Blended 3-Year Aged White Rum is real rum; unmodified and sustainably and ethically made in small batches in copper pot and column stills, this Caribbean rum is tropically aged in American oak bourbon barrels without any added sugar*, flavor, or artificial color. Single sourced and produced by Foursquare Distillery, a 4th-generation family distillery in Barbados, this 700 mL bottle of rum offers aromas and tasting notes of bright citrus, dusty vanilla, subtle oak, nutmeg, toasted coconut, and buttery caramel. Charcoal filtration removes much of the natural color while maintaining this light rum's wonderfully complex aromas and flavors, resulting in a rare silver sipper with a warm, gentle finish that comes with age. Ideal for enjoying neat or on the rocks, this 80-proof blended rum also works well in premium cocktails and your favorite rum drinks. The Real McCoy Rum is based on the story of Bill McCoy, the pioneer rum runner of the Prohibition Era. In January 1920, McCoy was the first to fill a boat with alcohol in the Caribbean, sail it to New York City, and legally act as a floating liquor store three miles offshore in international waters. McCoy made a name for himself because he never adulterated the alcohol. While copycat rum runners would dilute their alcohol with things like turpentine, wood alcohol, and prune juice, McCoy never did; these sullied products were nicknamed "Booze," "Hooch," and "Rot Gut," while McCoy’s quality spirits became known as "The Real McCoy." Fast-forward to the 21st century, when Bailey Pryor, The Real McCoy founder and CEO, was producing a documentary film about Bill McCoy. He traveled to the Caribbean island of Barbados, where he met Richard Seale, the 4th generation Master Distiller at the family-owned Foursquare Distillery, and was inspired to make The Real McCoy Rum.

A. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.
B. All products are sold in California, with Title passing to the buyer in California.
C. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Booze City damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Booze City does not take responsibility for minor damage.
G. Booze City is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
