This Spanish aperitif is made wine from carefully selected Airen grapes which undergo two months of maceration with a secret formula of natural aromatic herbs to produce a harmonious and delicate Vermouth. Valdepablo Vermouth is not as dark, less sweet, with more acidity than a classic Italian Vermouth. The nose is full of aromatic herbs and spices like cardamom, vanilla, gentian with a hint of caramel. Gentle and smooth in the mouth with notes of sugar, cloves, and a symphony of aromatic herbs.
