Westward Whiskey Milestone, Edition No. 4 is the fourth release in Westward's annual Milestone series, an American single malt whiskey drawn from their twenty-one-barrel Solera system. Each year's Milestone captures that Solera at a single moment in its evolution, and it can never be repeated. Bottled at 57% ABV (114 proof), it's a deeper, more mature expression of Westward's Portland, Oregon single malt.
This year's Milestone was created by Westward's blending expert, Miles Munroe, and draws on the traditions of Cognac and Armagnac. With new casks added to the Solera, most of this year's whiskey underwent secondary maturation in Hungarian oak and large French Armagnac casks. Hungarian oak bridges the spice of French oak with the sweetness of American oak, while Armagnac casks carry in richer, earthier character than most brandy barrels. Together they give Edition No. 4 a deeper, more layered structure than previous Milestone releases.
Because Milestone draws from a living Solera that keeps evolving, no two annual editions are the same, and each one is a one-time snapshot that can't be recreated once it sells out. That makes every Milestone release, including Edition No. 4, a genuine collector's bottle for American single malt fans and for anyone building out a serious Westward Whiskey collection.
Pour it neat in a whiskey glass to let the Manuka honey and Armagnac-cask spice fully open up, or add a few drops of water to soften the 114 proof and draw out the fruit and oak notes further. Its rich, layered profile also pairs well with dark chocolate, dried fig, or a fine cigar, making it a strong choice for a whiskey tasting or as the centerpiece of a collection.

B. All products are sold in California, with Title passing to the buyer in California.
C. The customer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcohol and must abide by their local and state laws.
D. If the package is returned due to failed delivery, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
E. If the package is returned to Booze City damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
F. Spillage, minor damage and/or cosmetic defects are all possible to occur during transit. Booze City does not take responsibility for minor damage.
G. Booze City is not responsible for any lost shipments, including but not limited to packages lost because of hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
