Vibrant, juicy and sleek, the 2022 vintage of Le Pich Sauvignon Blanc delivers spectacular fruit quality and loads of charisma. The nose blossoms with tangy passionfruit and creamy guava notes, enriched with dried pineapple and a subtle minerality. Juicy nectarine, sweet key lime, and the warmth of dried ginger shine on the palate, with cool stony undertones to ground them. Playful, slippery textures and bright acidity carry the wine to a long, clean finish of mandarin, citrus zest and white pepper.

Purlieru’s sister label, Le Pich gets its name from a Wappo Indian term meaning "golden eagle". They are hunting birds, and you can often spot them above our vineyards as they soar, glide, circle and arc. Eagles are beautiful birds – stately and impressive, but not haughty or boasting, with a nimbleness that’s inspiring. We hope that our Le Pich wines live up to the character of their namesake.
