Mal Bien Green Tape Espadín is an uncertified agave spirit produced by Félix Ramírez Méndez in Yogana, Ejutla, Oaxaca. Espadín agave is traditionally roasted in a pit oven using encino and guamuche wood, rested after cooking, and crushed by tahona. Natural fermentation takes place in open-air sabino wood vats using well water, creating an expressive, agave-forward profile. Bottled at 92 proof, it offers vegetal, mineral, candied pear, green pepper, vanilla, and earthy notes.
